Start time: 8:00am     Finish: 11:30am

Course: This is a road race, but there are a number of places that have gravel on them. For that reason, and for your own safety, please do not run barefoot or with 5 fingered shoes.

Cutoff: 16 minute mile/ 3:30 : If you are not at the 9 mile marker by 10:00 am, you may be asked to leave the course in the safety vehicle provided. After this time, aid stations will be closing, police will not be monitoring traffic, and roads will be reopened. If you do not feel that you can maintain a 16 minute mile or less, please do not hesitate to get into the sweeper vehicle. We are mandated by the local police to sweep the course if runners fall short of the required cut off.

Relay Teams

If you’ve signed up as a relay team, take note of the essentials:

1. Packets for both teammates will be provided to the first relay partner who comes to packet pickup. Please communicate with your relay partner before packet pickup! Also, please review all materials enclosed including our tracking instructions.

2. On race day, you must have 2 bibs to record your team’s time. (Both relay team members will be provided with the SAME bib number.)

3. Note the shuttle schedule below to get 2nd legs to the relay exchange point and 1 legs to the Race Festival. Buses are on a tight schedule and cannot leave until race staff permits. Our goal will be able to have 1st leg runners meet up with 2nd leg runners at the finish but we cannot promise that this will happen.

Reminders for 2nd LEG:
